I Don’t Have To Believe Everything, I Think! Satan wants to change your mind in all the wrong directions! Let me be clear, If you have Jesus Christ in your life, you have power greater than Satan!]

Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but, be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Why is it important to manage your mind?

Reason 1: Because My Thoughts Control My Life! If You have sinful thoughts, you’re going to have a sinful life.

Reason 2: Because My Mind Is The Battleground For Sin! Our mind is where every temptation happens. It’s where every sin starts. The sin of pride starts in the mind.

Reason 3: Because It’s The Key to Peace and Happiness! An unmanaged mind leads o tension a managed mind leads to tranquility. An unmanaged mind leads to pressure, a managed mind leads to peace.

3 Ideas on How to Rethink How Your Mind Works and Ideas on How We Can Manage Our Mind According to Christ.

1. I Must Feed My Mind With Truth

2. I Must Free My Mind From Destructive Thoughts

     A) The Enemy Of My Mind: My Old Nature

     B) The 2nd Enemy Of My Mind: Satan

     C) The 3rd Enemy Of My Mind: The World’s Values

3. I Must Focus My Mind On The Right Things

If I Want To Learn To Manage My Mind, I Need to Develop The Habit of Thinking About Jesus Christ

1. Think About Jesus

2. Think About Others

3. Think About Eternity

I NEED TO FEED MY MIND ON GOD'S TRUTH EVERY DAY BY READING THE BIBLE.

Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Romans 7:22-23 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

Romans 8:6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’

Psalms 119:147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.

Romans 7:23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

Romans 8:5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

2 Corinthians 2:10-11 Anyone you forgive, I also forgive. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake, in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.

1 John 2:16 For everything in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires, but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

2 Timothy 2:8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel,

Hebrews 12:3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Philippians 2:4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,

Colossians 3:2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
