Don’t live in the past. Remember it and move forward to what’s in your future! Have you learned some of the skills that you need for healthy relationships?
1-Jesus took his disciples and went to pray. The disciples slept. We don’t need to be sleeping. We need to be doing God’s work! You need to pray for one another!
2-Jesus then asks 3 of them to go a little farther. When you’re at your worst, will your prayer warriors stick with you?
What is your stress response?
Will you get angry, pretend that something didn’t happen, withdraw or turn to Jesus on the midst of things that stress you?
WE NEED TO PRAY AND PRAY FOR OTHERS!
How to Reduce Stress and Anger:
1-Eliminate Hurry
Speed and Godliness are Incompatible
Speed and Love are Incompatible
Search your heart, slow your pace!
2-Be Merciful
Love your enemies and be good to them. Let people off the hook and don’t worry about the vengeance.
3-Get Right With God
Getting right with God is the beginning of peace in your life.
4-Laugh More
Be like a child, be innocent in love and laughter.
5-Experience God: Acceptance is in transformation through God
God takes great delight in us, and we should take great delight in others!
Don’t beat others up and put others down.
6-Pray About Everything
Don’t be anxious about anything. Nothing is too Bog or small for God!
