5 Things That Are Damaging Because of Hurrying:
-Hurry increases your stress
-Hurry decreases your joy
-Hurry makes me less productive
-Hurry dries up my love
-Hurry keeps me from hearing God
5 Things to Slow Down the Pace of Your Life:
1-Learn to be content with who you are and what you have, don’t put faith in your circumstances.
You have to deal with motives and values. As long as you confuse your worth with your work, you will be overloaded!
2-Learn to say No! Single greatest time saver in the world. It’s always easier to get into something than it is to get out. Ask yourself if it is worth your time and energy?
3-Learn to take a weekly sabbath day of rest! Our best requires rest. Rest your emotions, don’t compete.
4-Learn to trust in God’s perfect timing. Impatience is caused by a lack of trust. Discontentment and trust can cause you some major issues. God has a plan for your life and a timetable for that plan. Do you trust God?
5-Learn to use love as your filter! This is not a group of questions and answers. Love your neighbor as yourself. Do everything in love!
Jesus is the pacesetter for Christians. He will show you what you need to do in life.
