12% of your worries are over needless health concerns

10% of your worries are insignificant and petty issues

8% of your worries really do exist


You need to claim God’s promises and pray for Him to take your worries away. You have to have faith and trust in Him to do that.


2-Pray About Everything

Replace some of your worry time with prayer time. Pray clear, specific, detailed, direct prayers. What are you praying about?


3-Thank God In All Things

The healthiest human emotion is gratitude!
